I have had a simple support case in for 2 days and not so much as a peep from you guys. It will probably take about 10 seconds to solve my problem but until then I CANNOT LIST ANYTHING!!!!
Please answer my support case #167093
I am probably one of the few remaining customers that pay for the classic software. I would appreciate a little customer service for my money.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble getting in touch with Auctiva Classic support. We are still supporting that product, so I'm not quite sure why it would be taking you longer than normal to receive a response.

I have just notified the Auctiva Classic support team that you are still awaiting a response on case # 167093 so you should be hearing from them soon if you have still not heard from them.

If you do not receive a response to your support case by tomorrow morning, I recommend sending another reply to your support case to them know you are still waiting for a response.
