Hi Bernoulli,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Based on the behavior you have described, it sounds like you must have posted the listing in question with an Auto Relist Profile attached to it indicating the item should be automatically relisted any time it ends without a sale.

If you posted an item with an Auto Relist Profile attached to it indicating the item should be automatically relisted if it ends without a sale and you decide you will be ending the listing early, you would need to remove the Auto Relist Profile from the listing to prevent it from being relisted automatically when you end the listing.

You can remove an Auto Relist Profile from an Active Listing by checking the box next to the item on your Auctiva Active Listings page and then clicking the "Stop Auto Relist" button.

We will not be able to reimburse listing fees you were charged by eBay as a result of this, but it may be a good idea to touch base with eBay's customer support team to see if they can help you out. I have heard they are often willing to refund insertion fees on listings that have been ended early.

I hope this helps. If the behavior you noticed does not seem to match my explanation, or if you have any other questions about your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

-Mike
