Hi all, i'm Attilio from Italy.
I know Auctiva doesn't support yet the new eBay's digital items form.
I'd like to know if there are some news about this from Auctiva and i'd like to know if some Auctiva members are selling ebooks on eBay using Auctiva and how they list these items.

Hi Attilio,

While Auctiva does not support eBay's listing form for digital items, you can still list your digital items through Auctiva. When an auction ends, you would simply have to email a link to download the product to the buyer.

There is a way to automate the email process to the buyer?
I mean, can i tell to Auctiva "send this email just seconds after the buyer pays"?

Hi Attilio,

While we do not currently offer such a feature, customizable and automated emails are on our project list for our Phase II release, which is tnetatively scheduled for February 2007.
