Dimensions??

Help please.
I have finally

been successful to have to listings completed and scheduled to post. BUT, I realized, during the second listing, that I had not put the package dimensions in the area for a customer to calculate shipping (Priority Mail). I have tried listing the dimensions in several ways and each time I click to save the listing, I get a red ERROR message saying that the measurements are INVALID. Just for example here, how would you post this: 11-7/7" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8" I've done it as 13.58, 13 5/8 (etc. for the others) and I've been careful to leave off the " notation. Thanks for any help!!!

In most cases the dimensions are not necessary. Only if it as an unusual package. I'm not sure what qualifies as unusual, but I've never specified dimensions.
