Has my border photos etc. and makes it harder to change discription versus other times when it has just been words and I can quickly change it .

If you are seeing your template and images within the description editor of a saved listing if that listing was originally posted through Auctiva and you then imported the listing from your Closed Listings page to your Saved Listings page. When you use the "Import Listings" tool on the Closed Listings page, our system parses the description HTML from the closed listing on eBay and places that code within the HTML version of the description editor on the resulting saved listing that is created.
This does not present a problem when used to import listings that were originally posted through eBay because the only thing in the description area for such listings is usually the description text. However, when you post a listing through Auctiva, the template and everything within it is coded into the description HTML so that all gets carried over if you import that listing from Closed to Saved once the original listing has ended.
When you create and post a listing through Auctiva, a copy of that listing should automatically be retained on your Saved Listings page so, unless you are deleting your saved listings or saving over them when creating new listings from existing saved listings, there should not be much of a need to use the “Import Listings” option for listings that were originally posted through Auctiva.
However, if you do find yourself in this situation, you could remove all the extra stuff from the description editor and add the images and template back using the normal process if you first do the following:
1) Copy only your description text from the Standard version of the editor
2) Click the “HTML” link along the top of the editor and delete ALL the existing description HTML
3) Click the “Standard” tab along the top of the editor and paste the description text that you copied back in. Only your description text will be in the editor at this point.
4) Select the images and template for the listing using the “Select an Image” and “Select Template” boxes as you normally would when creating a new listing
