discription keeps messing up when using HTML

hi there, i have been going into my saved listings and refreshing the templates and discriptions and when i look at the listing on Auctiva it looks fine but when i enter the new HTML into existing/active listings on ebay it juggles the discription up and its all over the place with half starting at the top and then the rest will be at the end just before payment details?? can anyone help, thanks cheryl

exact thing I'm always complaining about. I hate their html editor!

Womandi and Cheezalex. . . there appears to be several threads on this type issue. Here is another. IF you write auctiva I would send them all of the threads bouncing around on this.. .so they know you are not isolated problem.

I would write support myself but they will ask for a listing that it is doing this on and right now I do not have any.

Chezzalex.. you should also write them, before you write clear your cookies and cache and tell them you did that. Send them a listing that this is happening on.. maybe two. (you may know about cache, etc...but before you write support always do that and tell them you did it.. it will save you a step.
