I have not posted here before, but I am after some help I seem to be going round in circles and getting no where and I thought that perhaps someone on here may know the answer.
A while ago my ebay account was hijacked, a pain but quite quickly sorted, obviously I had to change my user name and password.
But now I have noticed that my Auctiva window that is in my listing is saying that I have no items for sale,(item number 6037219373)I have tried to change my details in my Auctiva account but it doesn't seem to be working.
I have emailed Auctiva (copy pasted below)
Has anybody else had this problem? Or do you know what I need to do?

Hi,
My ebay account was hijacked and I have had to change my ebay user name and password.
But this now means that auctiva doesn't recognise my ebay account and is no longer automatically listing the other items that I have for sale in the shop window.
Can you help?
My ebay id has changed from extremesenterpise to firstclassbusinesssolutions.
