Hi cookiemomster,

The best option is to pick fixed price when creating a listing. With the changes that eBay has made, if you enter a listing as store format, eBay will display it as a fixed price listing automatically. This link to eBay's announcement gives the scoop.

We will soon be removing store format as an option the Auctiva lister page. Our only reason for delaying is so we can be sure that the eBay change is fully 'rolled out'.

Just looking at if this will save any money!

If they are listed eBay will automatically change them for you. If they were GTC they will keep listing like they did as a store listing.

No bulk editing.

This is from the link above from Auctiva Tony.

What's changing with the current Store Inventory Format?
Starting March 30, 2010, there will be only one Fixed Price format on eBay. At that time, listings in the current Store Inventory Format will become regular Fixed Price listings with the same duration. All Fixed Price, Good 'Til Cancelled listings including previous Store Inventory Format listings will be set to renew as Fixed Price listings at the new fees.
Tony...
I am great thanks for asking. Funny you wrote, I was thinking on trip home yesterday I was going to write something and saw this today.

I AM USING IT and have two words. . . ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! OK 3 words.

It is awesome!!! Very smooth, easy to use, the BEST!

My life is much easier with this and fees are less which is added bonus.

Auctiva users if you have not used it it is WONDERFUL!!! I will be trying to find more multiples to list when I buy from now on.

Thanks auctiva for getting this and the wonderful job you did on it!!

Choosing Fixed Price results in a fee estimate of 50¢ even though I'm on an eBay store plan. I know what the estimator says has nothing to do with what eBay charges (unless it's correct, of course) but I'm wondering now if it's just going to default to 50¢ for everybody or if it should know the difference from user to user?

I guess I'm concerned that they will somehow translate to eBay as regular FP listings rather than Store listings...

Hi rick there is no longer a store listing. Your FP will show up in eBay at the rate of the plan you are on. (level of store) No matter what the Auctiva estimator shows.
Thanks, Mike. Yeah, I know the Store format no longer exists but I just wanted to make sure the listings are being sent to eBay as Store FP rather than regular non-store FP.

I know it typically doesn't matter what the estimator says but since this is a big change and we're a week-plus into it I felt I'd better ask just to make sure.

If all is well and Auctiva is simply "estimating" 50¢ for all FP listings (even though they could also be 20¢, 5¢ or 3¢) then I'm surprised they haven't altered the info on the estimator pop-up.
