Do Stats Not Show up on My Ebay when using Auctiva?

When you start using Auctiva does the information that you would normally see (for example a bid) in MY EBay not show up any longer there? When I look in My Ebay on an item I have listed the bid is not showing. It is showing up on Auctiva. And all the other information that is normally found in My Ebay (like people watching) isn't there either. Does anybody know if this is normal???

No, it's not normal. It has been going on in ebay for about a week now. I have 5 or 6 items that have bids not showing up in my Ebay. They show everywhere else but in My Ebay. It is an Ebay problem that they haven't fixed yet I guess. Alot of other people are having the same problem.You'd think with all the money we pay out to Ebay in fees they could fix their technical problems faster. I'ts very annoying.

Hi, I am having the same problem I have A LOT of listings not showing on myebay summary. I contacte ebay regarding it. Anyone know if this will be addressed anytime soon?

I also contacted ebay about this and so far I've not had a reply. I hope they get this addressed by the time my auctions end.
