Does anyone have any news regarding when we can use this site

Hey, I am not new to Auctiva, but we are all just as clueless as you. Everybody is having the same trouble. I have a filed a support case, and their answer to me is that they are aware of the problem, but cannot give a time of when it will be fixed. So, don't feel like your all alone.

There is no update yet. Typically Mike from Auctiva will acknowledge the issue with updates and an ETR.

There were an awful lot of issues yesterday evening (EDT) and I am sure the updates were impacted.

I'd rather this happen today than Saturday or worse yet Sunday.

Thanks for letting me know I am not alone in the Auctiva inactivity boat! I guess my work schedule this morning does not include ebay. Hopefully this will be resolved soon, otherwise I guess I can resort to turbo lister....."ugh!!"

I love Auctiva...but it seems like these interuptions are getting quite frequent. 10:45 AM EST and still not able to use the site...and no info/updates from Auctiva, is very frustrating...

I guess Auctiva is telling us to take a day off. Sometimes we forget to do it, I guess.
