My customer wants to know how long it takes for the claim to go through and get her money back. I can't find that info anywhere. Does anyone know, so I can give her an idea?

What kind of claim? Insurance or Paypal?
Hi there, I'm searching the forums for another insurance issue and came across yours. I had to file my first insurance claim. I started the process in early November (around the 6th or 7th). I had to send my buyer a claim form to sign and she had to send it back to me (this can be faxed). Then I had to fax that form plus another one I had to fill out and sign into UPIC. That was on Nov 16th. As of today (Dec 15th), the item has been approved and marked paid on the online claim site, but I have not received the actual check yet. As I understand it, they send the check to me. I'm not 100% on that part, though, so I'm a little reluctant to send her $$ to her yet until either I receive it or she lets me know she did. Of course this is a busier time of year as far as sales, shipping, and probably claims go, but it looks like the whole process takes about 1-1/2 months.
