Does Auctiva charge anything at all for thier services?

Hi Carebear24, The answer is NO, They do not charge the user a single dime for their service. They make money by other means and from what I am told, mainly through the insurance they sell. Which is also a great deal for sellers. William

I have been using Auctiva for a few months now and have not had to pay anything. Free just as advertised.
Now since the NEW Auctiva Classic has been released, I login and cannot get to my pictures or saved listings. I can't even create a new listing!
Do I have to subscribe to any particular plan to start using the NEW Classic Auctiva? I already have all the freebies and they serve my just fine, I don't need/want any more bells and whistles now. Maybe later, but not now.
Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what "NEW Classic Auctiva" is but you might want to file a support request (bottom of the Help page).

I thought the classic Auctiva was a paid version...or perhaps not usable any longer?

Personally, I would much rather use the OLD Auctiva than the "New" Classic version. At least it works!
