When you list items through Auctiva, you are still responsible for paying the standard eBay fees, however, you can actually save money when listing through Auctiva by taking advantage of our free cross promotional scrolling gallery, free unlimited image hosting, free templates, free scheduling, free super-sized images, integrated checkout, and more. You can also put up to 16 images in each listing through Auctiva without being assessed any additional image fees by eBay.
Auctiva currently generates revenue through a unique revenue sharing shipping insurance plan that also provides our users with an incentive to offer our shipping insurance to their customers. The cost of Auctiva Shipping insurance is very reasonable, slightly less than the cost of USPS insurance, and we share at least 25 cents of revenue(depending on the policy amount) with the seller for each policy purchased by one of his/her buyers. Then, we purchase all of our insurance policies in bulk each month through our underwriter, U-Pic, and by purchasing such a high volume of insurance policies, we are able to negotiate a lower rate.
