Does Auctiva insure items in Canada?

Hi, I'm new to Auctiva and was wondering if anyone knew the shipping insurance procedure for Canada?? It all seems a little confusing to me... If I don't offer any shipping insurance, does this mean I can't use any of the Auctiva features?? eg.. Templates, image hosting, etc????
It also states you can only use the features on the US & UK ebay sites.. It does'nt include ebay.ca for Canada.. Will I be able to use this online tool if they don't offer their online insurance for items shipped using Canada Post?? I know..Now your all confused!!! Please help me in anyway possible.. Thanks

Hello,

1) Yes, you can still use all of Auctiva's features if you choose not to offer insurance. You can disable this feature at Auctiva -> My Account -> Shipping Insurance Settings.

2) When you list through Auctiva you can only post to ebay.com and ebay.co.uk. We just added ebay.co.uk and if that goes well, we'll expand to more countries.

3) Yes, the insurance offered through Auctiva is good for items shipped from Canada.
