Doesn't seem to be posting right now

I just posted an auction for immediate posting and mine is sitting in scheduler also. Not good.

Auctiva is locked up and posts nothing right now. I moved from Ebay turbo lister, which is also free), but if this continues with Auctiva(waste all kinds of time getting listings ready) I may go back to Turbo Lister which does not have all the perks as far as free pictures and scheduling but at least I can get items listed when I want. Any other suggestions or opinions

My auction was a Fixed Price listing with a pre-approved bidder and they are probably wondering why I haven't listed it yet.

Scheduler isn't posting. I had one for 6:30pm, later I scheduled it for three minutes in the future, nothing happened (that was at 9:35pm)

I filed a support request with Auctiva and they are aware of the problem and are attempting to fix it. No further info is available as to what caused it or when it will be fixes

To anyone who had listings fail to post with the error message "Not Posted in Time", which is a non-specific error message generated by a communication error between Auctiva and eBay. If you received this error, you should be able to post these listings successfully by going to Auctiva -> Listings(tab) -> Scheduled and using the "Reschedule Item" link next to each item.

We did have an unusually high number of failed postings last night and we are currently researching what may have caused this.
