Domain For Your Auctiva Store

After the initial payment is made for your custom domain, you only need to renew it once annually for the same rate.

If you go to Store(tab) -> Store Domain -> Purchase A Personalized Domain For Your Auctiva Store within your Auctiva account. On the ensuing page, you will be given a choice of several possible domains that may be good options based on your username. If none of those suits your liking, you also have the option to choose your own.

K Mike I bought a .com domain from you all. How long will it take for payment to clear & I can start using my new .com store?

Your specified custom domain will take effect within 24-48 hours of when you made your payment. If you notice that it is not activated after this time has elapsed, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:

I already have a domain name, do I need to buy another one from you all or can I use the one I have? Also, I have an eBay Store already, is auctiva an extra store in addition to this store or will it replace my eBay Store I have now?
