Domain name registration timeline

I have applied for a domain name through Auctiva. It shows up as "processing". How long does it take before I'm assigned or denied my domain name? Any and all answers appreciated. Also, I am a computer MORON (I just got rid of dial-up!)-anyone interested in mentoring me on the ins and out of using Autiva? I signed up to get the scrolling gallery, but there are lots of other features I want to learn about. And yes, I tried to use the tutorials but some of them didn't work.

Normally it's almost instant. You can probably file a support case now on our help page and someone can check what happened.
