Domain Problem

i am new to Auctiva and i made a new domain as apposed to using the default one that was provided to me... i got the one that i wanted. i paid for it via paypal and i can see on my bank statement that the money has been claimed but i still can't access the domain... it always says "PENDING PAYMENT"..

can someone please help...

I reviewed your account and it appears that, even though you submitted payment for a custom domain, the purchase was not completed successfully for some reason. For further assistance with this matter, please contact our customer support department using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

Also, please be sure to include the transaction ID of your payment in your support request so we can verify the receipt of your payment and add it to our records.
