Domain URL Forward ??

Does anyone know the answer?

If it's on here, would you please point me in the right direction? I'm still not finding it. On the first page, it tells you they set it up for you but I don't see whether we can do it ourselves on our own host. Have any of you done this? Thanks

It's not clear what you are trying to do.

If you bought your own domain elsewhere and want to point it to your Auctiva store then yes you can and we have instructions on the site. For the biggest registrars such as GoDaddy we even have step by step instructions.

If you want to take your Auctiva purchased domain and point it anywhere other than where it is set up to go by default then no you can't. If you want to do that you'll need to transfer the domain to your own account so that you can control it that way. File a support case to do that.

My ISP provides web space. I want to use it in the future and point the domain to that since it's already paid for.
