Hi,
For some reason I am having a hard time using the listing catagories:
The options for listings are: Saved, scheduled, active, closed and folders.
The master list of all my listings seems to be the "Saved" option - is that right?
But are the folders for within each of these options? Are the folders for organizing within each of the above catagories? Because I don't think the same listings are coming up in my folders for each of those catagories.
I also don't understand what an imported listing is. And the filter option - is that for filtering only within the listing catagory you have on the page at the moment?
I couldn't find any explanations of the listing catagories or how to use the folders. Is there any place on the website I can find that?

Hi,

The folders are for organizing within each of those categories that reflect status of a listing. Note, you can also use Folders to organize images. They are simply availabe for one extra level of organizing what you store and track at Auctiva. How you organize is probably best implemented along the lines of how you operate (form follows function).

Saved Listings are actually stored listing code you've built at Auctiva. The active and closed are just tracking info for what happended at eBay. Import brings code back from eBay and is placed in the Import folder in Saved Listings.
