I just signed up with auctiva and now all my ebay listings are gone, it comes up with 'seller has no active items' although i have 16!! where did they go? Also I referred a friend who also signed up with auctiva and her listings arent coming up with a scroll gallery at all!! and all her ebay items are still there! I have seen the tutorial but it hasnt really answered my questions. So i have come here, hoping someone will be able to help me. Another question i have, is there a link when listing items on ebay that connects it to auctiva or do I have to login to auctiva everytime i want to list something onto ebay? Really confused Please HELP!!! Confused

Hi,

Relax, it's normal. The listings are automatically pulled and updated with Auctiva Scrolling Gallery upon signup, per the FAQ (see HELP at top of page).

It does take time for that action to complete, as they go back through ebay Security Check.

You can list as usual from ebay, but Auctiva has a one-page lister and all the other goodies that make listing from the Auctiva site best. If you list from Auctiva, the Scrolling Gallery, template (backgrounds), pictures, etc. are all integrated from their site at listing time, which you can do using their FREE scheduler. Once you signup and pass Token, you can freely use the Auctiva system and do listing setup and submission from Auctiva, i.e. you don't need to login to ebay to submit a listing. Most of the tools are pretty intuitive, but you should check your account settings at Auctiva for checkout, insurance, etc. before you list from their site. You can also import closed listings and use them as a base to build new listings.
