This is my 1st problem in over a year with Auctiva! I listed 5 items on eBay last night. I just noticed that one item was listed twice. I went back to my list on Auctiva to see if I had done it by mistake, but I DID'T DO IT! There is only one of that listing in my list of active items. Someone had bid on the item, too, but I had to remove it because I only have one item to sell. Now I am being charged double eBay fees for a listing I didn't create. How did this happen? Has anyone else had this problem recently?
