Double Listings Happening

I'm new to using auctiva so I have been checking my items as I list them to e-bay. Some went on perfectly BUT a few double listed. Any one else having this problem? I spoke to e-bay and was told that yes, it has been happening. How do I stop it from happening? I called auctiva but got a message machine, left the info on it.

I have been having not just that problem,but the scheduler is not posting at correct time.I will visit this post to see if anyone has an answer..I had to cancel the "double"postings from ebay.AND I still have to pay the listing fees for the cancelled listings.I started another discussion about the scheduler,if you or anyone has any ideas/suggestions

Same here - that's the reason I came to these boards was to see if it was only me or what. I just had to cancel 2 auctions that were scheduled because there were 2 that were gonna be double-listed. Not good! That could get me in a lot of trouble and cost more in eBay fees, Auctiva. I am only sheduling ONE but 2 are going into my scheduled.

I can see it now: Auctiva keeps on "upgrading" until they get to the point that all they do is confuse people - just like eBay constantly fixing stuff that "ain't broken". Hey, to change the look is one thing but I hope they don't constantly change the way things FUNCTION because that's when all the programming bugs bug people!
