I had two fixed price listings pulled by eBay due to their duplicate listing policy. I read we're allowed to list more than one auction format listing, but don't know how to do that with the Auctiva template. I realize that when you list through eBay, they only show one auction format listing, until it receives a bid and then another duplicate lising appears. Does the Auctiva template allow for this, and how?

Hi 2librans,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. It is not possible to list multiple products in the same listing when using the auction style format, but you are permitted to post post multiple auction format listing of the same product simultaneously as described on the following page of eBay's help index:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sel...plicate-listing.html

If you would like to post the same auction format listing through Auctiva multiple times, just post the item the first time as you would any other item and then return to your Saved Listings page and post the same item again as many additional times as you would like.

As described on the help page I referred to above, if you do post the same auction format listing multiple times in this manner, only one of the listings with 0 bids will appear to perspective buyers on eBay at any given time though.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
