Duplicate Image/Item in Store Window

I accidentally hit the POST button twice when I was entering an item into Auctiva. It showed up twice in Ebay (so I ended the item early in Ebay & the duplicate item is no longer for sale) but two images are still showing up in my store window?

How can I get rid of the duplicate image in My store window>

It took a while, but it fixed itself.

Yeah, stuff like that usually takes a couple to several hours (whenever Auctiva updates info from eBay).
