Auctiva listed the same item twice. How do I correct that and get my fees back????Thanks

I have had the same problem this evening on 5 listings. So far, I went in on ebay and ended each duplicate listing by checking an error in the listing link

Ebay will tell you that auctiva is a third party and you should request your refund from them. I had the same problem.
I just got a refund on a duplicate listing from ebay just yesterday.
Ebay will give you a refund. Just check periodically and try to ask for all you have at once. I've gotten them and am going over my invoice today to look for more.
If you don’t get a refund you can create a new listing in Auctiva and get the html code. Revise in eBay and paste the code in the description.
Thanks for the info...I imagine that I will need to do that at some time in the future...But for this group of double listed items eBay gave me credit. I was shocked.
