E-Bay categories

I never used Auctiva to list in an eBay store. I don’t know if they support listing to your custom category. Maybe someone with a store will see this and help you.

Yes they do support custom store categories - I do it all the time. There are two boxes you can pick your store category from, just below the box that you pick the regular eBay category from.

It seems to take a few days for Auctiva to pick up on your customized store categories. It took a while but mine finally started showing up in Auctiva.

mine showed up right away.

I do not have that option to choose a store category under where you choose the ebay category. Under that is Item Specifics, but that only allows you to choose new or used. I need to have a way to choose which category to put my store items in.

I FOUND IT! You have to go under the My Account Tab and click on the update store categories from ebay. Now when I go to the listings, the option is there to choose my store categories. AHhhh!

I don't have that on my accounts tab. I have over 80 listings to put into a store and I can't choose the store category. I need to do so. When does this option appear?

Go to My Accounts, then go the subcategory "Overview", then to "eBay Settings". Then you will see a link for updating your store categories.
