is there a way to create a template folder type for custom e-mails instead of putting it under winning bidder type i want to create a custom folder type for feedbacks and save my custom feedback e-mails under that folder type any sugestions thanks

i will assume that there is no way to set a custom folder and create one since this thread is getting views and no response oh well i tried

Hi. I wouldn't give up on it just yet. It may be that someone that knows hasn't made it by. Wish I could help but I have no idea.

Just keep an eye out. Hopefully someone will be by soon that can answer your question.

Unfortunately we don't have a way to create custom email types or folders at this time

I will pass your suggestion on though, I can see how it would be helpeful!
