EBAY 33% Off Promotion

I just checked my EBay account balance after listing an item with auctiva and it does not show the 33% off discount. Why did I not receive the discount? I know that it does not show up on auctiva but it should show up on EBay under my account. Thanks for any help!

That is a question better posed to eBay all of my auctions have been showing the discount on listing fees!For example 25 cents to list an item for 9.99. However gallery fees do not get reduced

As long as your listings meet the requirements of a given eBay promotion, such as this one, you should receive the discounted rate when posting them through Auctiva. Since you did not receive the promotional rate for the aforementioned auction(s), I also recommend contacting eBay's customer support department for further clarification.

Thanks for all the information. I am new to Auctiva and thought that I may have done something wrong. I will check with EBay because I definitely did not receive the 33% off and I did meet the requirements. I appreciate your help with my issue.

What eBay does when it comes to discounts is that when they go to take your money from your account, they will adjust it then. It's happened twice to me when there is specials.
