eBay & Auctiva counters

When I look at my active listings the # of watchers & hits that Auctiva shows does not match eBays. Ebay always shows a higher number. Anyone know why this is & which one is closer to the truth? Tahnks.

Not positive but I would bet ebay's are WRONG. They go both ways for me...on a second chance offer I had a view count of 12 (I don't see how, it was sent to ONE person = One view, or maybe 2)

Also have had auctions with multiple bids from different bidders and ZERO views,that's definitely not possible

I've never used Auctiva's so I don't have an opinion on that, but I don't think ebay is ever actually correct.
