I have had one bid on a item I'm selling in Ebay and it does not show it on Auctiva. I put this auction on yesterday and the bid is well over 12 hours old. how come Auctiva does not show it? thks, mamma2

Normally it takes about 6-7 hours for Auctiva to update. If you haven't seen it in there after that many hours... contact support and they will be able to help you.
