eBay Custom Label Function Non Auctiva Support WILL Matter With New Updates!

I have opened many support cases with auctiva about their support of eBay custom label, I have gotten the same canned response. This function will be critical with eBays new SKU and Custom label add ons. anyone have any ideas on how to get this through to auctiva? Or do we have to go somewhere else?
