Ebay fee calculation

Hi, it's my first posting on here, so I hope that I'm not going over old ground for everyone.
I have just done some listings and when I request an Ebay fee listing estimate, an error message tells me that it is not available - try later or get help on here.
Well I've tried it for the last 3 hours, and am now looking for help.

Hi, and Welcome! Don't worry, it happened to me too! Normally it works just great, but because of the new updates Auctiva has added, some things are not working right now. And FYI anytime Ebay is having a sell, Auctiva fees estimates do not reflect the sale prices, so it won't be correct anyway until Ebay's sell is over. Be patient with them right now,(they will get it all worked out) you won't find a better FREE site, (or IMO, a site you have to pay for) Auctiva is the bomb! Calgirl

This issue should now be resolved for eBay UK and CA listings, however, those posting to the eBay AU site may still receive these errors when trying to use the "Estimate eBay Fees" button. Our engineering department is currently working on a solution to this problem and will have it resolved as soon as possible.
