ebay insertion fees discounts

Does anyone know if ebay's current insertion fees discounts work in Auctiva? ebay is supposed to be running a special - free insertion fee for any auction starting at $10.00 or under if you use Gallery pic but whenever I list something on Auctiva and I click "Estimate ebay fees", my discount does not show up. HELP!
One other question... Why does Auctiva show my feedback rating as 108 when in fact it is over 250?
New to the forums, can anyone help me? Please?

The Promotional rate will show correctly in your seller account. Feedback shows up properly on the actual listing.
