eBay Items Not Importing

Hi! My eBay auctions are not importing into Auctiva. The summary section sees my eBay auctions correctly and lists the correct total number of active auction I have on eBay. HOWEVER - the Auctiva Store, and the "Active" Listings on Auctiva, and the Auctiva Scrolling Product Bar - none of them display my active eBay listings, on the listings done directly through Auctiva. When viewing things listed under "closed", pressing the "Import" button does not import anything from eBay either - it complains that I have not selected something.
