ebay listing distorted

You posted on the wrong site, this is the Auctiva Commerce site, you have to go to the eBay forums part of the forums.

Are you meaning I need to go onto Ebay and go onto their community? The place I went to on this community was under ebay user tools then listings, not commerce, so I am confused.

EDIT...I just checked my own listings in Firefox AND IE and they look identical, everything is fine. No idea what could be wrong on your end

Thank YOU soooo much for posting I have felt so hopeless not getting any answers I am a stay home mom and this is how I make my income and it is blowing my auctions. This is the item number. View it through Firefox, then internet explorer if you have time. See if it shows different for you. My newest dilemna is that I am doing my listings and now the whole item description box is just disappears. Can't do it HTML, can't do it Standard, just POOF gone! Then I re-open a new listing to try again and same thing. Is there an Auctiva issue? Anyone else having this?
