There were some issues on eBay yesterday that caused some difficulty with postings from Auctiva accounts, however, at this time, it seems that eBay has resolved the difficulty. The current report level on Downdetector shows a minimal number of reports so you should be able to post as you usually would from your account.

If you do encounter any difficulty, please feel free to let us know the details of what you encounter in a support case and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Hello All -

We encountered some technical difficulties last night where some listings were unable to post or got stuck in scheduling. Our engineers were able to resolve this issue and you should now be able to resume posting or scheduling listings as you normally would.

For listings that failed to post, unfortunately you will need to post them again if you have not already done so - if a listing shows as in processing, we advise you to see if this completes now that the situation has resolved and post again should the listing fail.

Should you continue to encounter difficulty with posting at this time, please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know the details of what is occurring for you so we can look into it further.

Apologies!

the initial issue appears to have resurfaced and our engineers are looking into this right now. Some listings are getting stuck in processing and it is currently unclear what is causing this to occur.

At present I have no ETA on when this issue will be resolved, but I will update this thread again just as soon as more information regarding this issue becomes available.

Our engineers have made further adjustments on our end to resolve this situation and we believe that the situation has been resolved. You should be able to resume posting and scheduling listings again as you normally would and have them post appropriately. Items that are in scheduling and have not posted may take a bit longer to resolve, but we suggest that you allow them to resolve one way or the other prior to trying to repost them.

If you continue to encounter any difficulty with listings posting please let us know what you encounter so we can take a look.
