Ebay Listing validation failed

Hi, I'm a newbies. Sorry if my question sounds very dumb.

I have been trying to start posting my auction to Ebay using Auctiva but this message will appear everytime I try to post -
Ebay listing failed to pass validation for the following reason : A valid shipping service must be selected for each shipping option.
I have click for Other (see shipping description) since I'm using Fedex but the result is still the same.

Please help me. Thanks.

Hi BabesBatik,

I just took a look at your saved listing entitled "HAND DRAWN BATIK KIDS GIRLS CAFTAN DRESS W FREE GIFT" and when I ran the error check, it failed to pass validation for the following 2 reasons:

1) Either Gallery or Gallery Featured has been selected but no image has been selected as the gallery image.

2) A valid shipping service must be selected for each shipping option.

The first issue is that you have selected the gallery feature but you have not selected which image you would like as your gallery image from the pulldown menu in the image selection section. Selecting an image from this menu will resolve this issue.

The 2nd issue is that you have not selected a domestic shipping service from the appropriate pulldown menu in the shipping tools section. Once you select a shipping service from that pulldown menu, this issue will be resolved. Since Fedex is not listed, you can select "Standard Shipping Service" for that option.
