I assume you're getting an API error about policy problem with Title or Description.
That API could be suggesting a fairly wide variety of possible problems.
I'd start by entering a Support Case with Auctiva (HELP link at page top). However, sometimes they can't nail-down exact cause. For most cases, the best method to get clarification is to submit a listing directly on eBay using the Export HTML feature on the Saved Listings page, i.e. build and submit using eBay's lister. That will usually produce an immediate and detailed description of the error.
