For the last 24 hours I have not been able to add any items with the script for the Auctiva link and scrolling Gallery.

Ebay is now blocking the Scrolling Gallery HTML because it has href statements. This is the error code I get when I try to either update a listing or add a new item:

quote:
Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields.
Description - Your listing cannot contain javascript (".cookie", "cookie(", "replace(", IFRAME, META, or includes), cookies or base href.

There are no META tags, iframe etc... the only statements I have are href ones, which are from my Auctiva scorlling gallery.

Is there a workaround for this? I use an HTML template and have tried both using HTML as well as the standard eBay inserting. This started happening on eBay last night.

With eBay - nothing surprises me. However you have reached the Auctiva Commerce section of the forums and although many of us have sold on eBay and some still do, Auctiva Commerce itself doesn't interface with eBay. You need to be in the Auctiva.com section of the forums to get your answers.

To get to the Auctiva.com section, go to the top of the page, click on Auctiva Message Boards, and scroll down past the bar that says Auctiva Web Based eBay Tools. You should be able to get the assistance you need there.
