Ebay preferences not being posted with my listings

I have set preferences on Ebay such as blocking bidders that do not have a PayPal account but when I post thru Auctiva they will not use the Ebay preferences. Does anyone know why and how I can get it to work?

Did this just start occurring within the last week or so?

I ask that because the shipping preferences I have set up in My eBay are not being applied, either. So I wonder if it's the same glitch??

You may need to speak w/ Live Help at eBay. I did on Friday, but all the guy could do was file a support ticket.

I don't know if the problem is Auctiva's or eBay's so I guess I'll file a suport case here, too.
