eBay Relisting ...

Hi, the scrolling gallery is added when you first list from Auctiva and subsequent relists from either eBay or Auctiva would keep the scrolling gallery.

Also it should not affect your store front at all.

It is possible to add the scrolling gallery back in by revising your listing live on eBay.

You can get the HTML for your scrolling gallery from "store -> scrolling gallery -> scrolling gallery HTML" copy and paste that code into your listing.

However I would check for the SG HTML in your listing first to see if is actually there already and just not functioning, if so contact support, otherwise paste in the new SG HTML. save and view the listing to be sure it is correct before editing others.

Many Thanks, it seems to be sorted now, don't think I was patient enough. I have noticed however that when relisting via ebay that the sellathon counter doesn't update and it shows within sellathon that I'm currently listing nothing and I can't view any stats. Will contact them direct, but have you come across this before?

Hi Colin that is normal, the Sellathon stats only start to show a listing when someone views it and triggers off the code embedded in your listing. In other words when there are some stats to show.

So unlike eBay or Auctiva you do not see listings regardless of status in Sellathon.
