Ebay's Global Shipping

I'm very confused. Can someone help me? I opted into Ebay's Global Shipping program and generated a new token in auctiva so the choice would show up. But what do I do about all the other questions about international shipping that appear below it. Like the question to choose flat rate, calculated rate or do not ship international. I'm not doing the rate for the international shipping, ebay is. Do I choose exclude locations or not? Thanks

I believe the information you are looking for specifically is included in the sections called “Shipping exclusions” and “Buyer charges”.
