I have a dumb question. I have just started using Auctiva and Ebay, and as my listings go up from auctiva, when I see them on ebay, I have to go in and manually edit each one to accept international shipping, and to add a refund policy, even though it's already specified in my listing. Is there some way that I can set these things automatically through Auctiva so I don't have to spend all that time manually editing each individual listing on ebay? Thanks in advance.

Hi Jess,

To offer international shipping, you just need to enter the following in the shipping tools section of the lister page:

1) Check the boxes next to the countries/continents you're willing to ship to where it says "I will ship to United Statesand the following locations:"
2) Click the "Add An International Shipping Service" link.
3) Choose an international shipping service from the pulldown menu that appears.
4) Select which countries you will ship to via that service. If you are using one service for all your international shipping, check the same boxes as above.

To include a refund policy, click "Maximize" to reveal the "Checkout Options" section of the lister page. Then click on the "Choose Return Policy" link and enter your return policy details. This information will be displayed on the checkout form.

I hope this helps=)
