Ebay scroll window - Force update of Featured - Urgent !!

Auctiva scroll window was showing important key high dollar items for sale, now just low dollar stuff, (most recent only criteria?) how do I force an update to storefront 'featured' items... specifically into ebay auctiva scroll window...

p.s. anyone else WAY below projections for 12/01 to 12/05 on ebay?

At least your window shows items. Mine still says I'm not selling anything. I re-listed 19 items a few days ago and it still says I'm selling nothing.

Make sure that you have auctiva allowed through permissions at ebay ... I found that I had an expired password listed at Auctova, so it couldn't pick up and update listings

Not only do you have to input the correct password at Auctiva, but follow the link initially to allow permissions...
