EBay Shop - Not Getting 30 Days

Hi All,

Luckily I decided to test one item rather than go for a bulk relist. It was a previous 10 day BIN item that I relisted through Auctiva. I selected the check box to move to shop but the drop down list at the end (to the right) was blank. I think this is where the duration should have been. I relisted anyway and I have been charged for a 30 day listing, but the item in question has an end date only 10 days from now instead of the expected 30 days.

Not worried about the wrong charge, but can this be sorted please. Or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for letting us know about this. The issue of the "Duration" drop-down menu on the relist editor page is actually a known issue with our site that our engineering team is currently working to correct. We expect to have this issue resolved as part of our next minor site update, which should take place on Monday or Tuesday of next week.
