Ebay shop tab?

On my listing in Auctiva there is no shop or store I can use to add listings to my ebay shop? Can anyone tell me how I can get this tab? I have an ebay shop sapphirespasuk

not to appear to be a smarta--; but, you do realize that just registering on ebay to sell does not give you a store automatically. You have to sign up for a store and it cost you per month to have the store in addition to what you pay for listing (although listing fees are reduced for "store items"). I chacked your name and did not find a store registered.

I do not have an eBay store, but I still have the tab in Auctiva. It's near the top, there are three radio buttons. Auction, Fixed Price, Store Item.

Don't you have this option?
