ebay special listing and auctiva's maintenance downtime

As if ebay isn't making things harder and harder, ironically, I just got an email notice of a special fee for listings launched on April 21 and then see Auctiva's note about maintenance on that same morning. Just in case Auctiva runs into a problem and the site is down longer than an hour, can the scheduled maintenance possibly be changed???? Thanks!
