eBay store categories not updating in Auctiva!!!! HELP!!!!

I have added some new categories in my eBay store and have started creating new listing through Auctiva.

It is still showing my old categories and I don't know how to get Auctiva to update them to match eBay!

Does anyone know how to do this???

Hi smethurstandjewell,

Danno is absolutely right! Any time you change your eBay store categories through your eBay account, you will need to update them within Auctiva manually by clicking the "eBay Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your account and then clicking the "Update Store Categories from eBay" button on the ensuing page.
