Ebay store - chosing categories

Underneath the "first category" box. Click the blue browse button and then pick your category. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. Choosing "browse" under "first category id" allows me to select an ebay category, but not a category in my ebay store, which is what I'm looking for....(the categories you set up/personalize yourself within your ebay store). Right now, after creating the listing in auctiva, I have to go back into each listing individually in ebay, revise the item, and select what store category to put the item into. I'm hoping there's a way to do this thru auctiva, and I'm just totally overlooking it, as this is quite time consuming. Anyone else know? Thanks!

Thanks for asking this questions because I have had to do the exact same thing with each listing and it really is time consuming! I hope there is an easier way!

Maybe you have to update your store categories. I think if you go into "My Account" and poke around a bit, you will find a link that will let you update your store categories. Give that a try!

I actually think I found what you were talking about. I updated Ebay catagories and will be working on listings this afternoon, so I hope this is what was needed. I am thinking POSITIVE.

Fantastic! I really thought there had to be a way to make it list in my store categories! Thank you all. For anyone else looking for this, go to the My Account tab (up at the top), then under Manage click Ebay Settings, then Update Store Categories. My store categories instantly showed up when I started a new listing right after doing this. No more revising EVERY item..yay! :-) Thanks again!
